The industrial engineer with focus on marketing is a self-confessed fan of the German language. Her passion is telling stories and putting people, products and companies at the center of (media) attention, always according to the motto: Content is king, but strategy is queen. Whether it’s internal communication, classic public relations or digital media work, Anja uses all media tools that are necessary to achieve the set goals.
The best ideas come to her when she’s jogging – the further her gaze can wander, the better. The northern light, who came to northern Hesse for love, doesn’t always succeed in our low mountain region, but she doesn’t let up. What was that about faith that can move mountains …?

True to the motto “With fresh ideas back home”, Julia returned to the beautiful north of Hesse. As a project manager with many years of agency experience, she has an instinct for our customer’s needs and is a master in quickly comprehending new projects. She always reaches to create the perfect composition of typo, form and color and to fill her concepts with life. Only the disproportionate use of exclamation marks gets her running away faster than you can say exclamatory sentence – just in case, she regularly exercises on the treadmill.
Whether budget controlling, concept or project management, Silke is prepared for all eventualities of her projects thanks to her marketing studies and many years of professional experience. With her organisational talent, she not only easily manages events for several thousand visitors, but also inspires customers and colleagues alike with her ideas and concepts. The Magistra Artium studied sociology, psychology and German language and literature studies with a focus on the fields of media and communication. Since 2001 she has been working for the PAC advertising agency as a conceptual designer and copywriter. What motivates them is the demand to implement the right wording in the appropriate tonality, from the company brochure to the storyboard. She is particularly fascinated by the fact that she successfully participates in shaping strategic change processes via internal communication within the company.

The trained media designer is an avowed panda lover, otherwise she is not only fond of black and white, but also of magenta, cyan and yellow. Her district is the print sector. With a sure instinct for corporate design specifications and a great deal of creative skill, everything from flyers to catalogues is created at her desk – and no one wants to believe that reality often looked quite different when it came to her retouching pictures.

Sandra is a certified web developer, but above all a production engineer with heart and soul and our last resort for printed matter of all kinds. With their eagle’s eye for even the smallest inaccuracy, no blank that is too much survives. Sandra’s expertise and experience make her a rock in the swell, because as a project manager, Sandra finds solutions where others start to despair. It also bakes nut corners that keep you from going downhill with every flood of work.

After completing her first internship at an advertising agency, Jessica discovered design and graphics as her passion. After her apprenticeship as a media designer for digital and print at a publishing house, she was ready to go back to agency life. As a genuine North Hessian girl, it was clear to her that she wanted to stick to her home region. Not only in her role as a junior art director, but also in her spare time, artistic activities like painting or drawing on the iPad rank high on her agenda.
She loves nature and has great affection for animals – especially for calming alpacas. One of her dreams that she wants to realize soon is an unforgettable walk with these fluffy companions.

Graphics and design belong to Hanna like a hat and scarf. While many are satisfied with a degree in digital and print media design, the plant lover (and self-confessed couch potato) went one better and earned her Bachelor of Arts in graphic design and visual communication in Cologne. It’s a good thing she couldn’t resist the lure of her home in northern Hesse, because her knowledge of UI/UX design makes Hanna a real asset to our graphics team.
And privately? She can’t really do without her own PC, because Hanna is mainly online. She is especially passionate about video games.

The sneaker lover with the ultimate knack for vector illustrations has been thrilling customers and colleagues with his work since 2008. With layouts that get to the point, he always meets the right mix of zeitgeist and corporate design specifications. Debbie got to know the agency world from the ground up at the PAC. She is known for her incomparable talent in retouching and montage. In addition to her work as a graphic designer, she also supervises and organises photo shootings and occasionally supports the back office. A diploma in industrial design is the best prerequisite for creations that leave nothing to be desired. Thanks to her many years of experience, Corinna is our graphic designer with Formula 1 speed. The lady in black has been contributing to the success of the agency for almost 25 years now. Whether news, Bundesliga, TV productions or docu soaps – no film genre is foreign to the father of two. As a trained media designer (image and sound), Moritz worked as a cameraman, sound technician and editor in Germany and abroad before deciding to settle down in his native North Hesse.
Moritz shows passion not only as a cameraman, but also as a cook in his spare time. Here he improvises as he pleases and excites family and friends with ever new ideas. More is not possible? Far from it! Moritz writes, sings and plays the guitar.
Which proves once again that creativity is a characteristic with many facets …

Sebastian holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media Production and is our moving image expert. From webcasts to image films: he stages his images with a lively look and all the technical finesse he knows how to master thanks to his studies and experience. Whether people, food or industry, Stefan is the boss of the milliseconds at the trigger. Valentin is all about movies: old classics, science fiction, cartoons, thrillers, mystery, material arts – it doesn’t matter. The main thing is that it moves! This has been the case since he was a child, so an education as a Media Designer image and sound should have been an obvious choice. It seemed to be. Because Valentin first tried out various courses of study before applying to PAC. How fortunate for us that she decided to break away from her business administration studies and train as Media Designer digital and print at PAC. As a special expert for motivation and well-being, our Punktra can not help but spread a good mood. After training at the renowned Dalmatian Institute for Black and White, Happiness and Dots, it got to know the industry among the big fish and high animals, before co-founding the PAC in 1974 and trotting through northern Hesse ever since. With a great deal of expertise, it cares for the right amount of proper relaxation and brings back the necessary energy with its chilled ideas. In addition, it always has weird ideas to spice up the agency’s everyday life. It does not take itself too seriously, sometimes comes to work in Bermuda and particularly likes to re-shape our rooms spontaneously.
